BTS access vs bigger room: what matters more?
How to weigh commute against space for your daily life.
It is the classic Bangkok trade-off: a smaller unit near the train, or more space a little further out. The right answer depends on your week, not a rule.
Choose transit when
- You commute daily in rush hour
- You do not have a car and rely on the BTS or MRT
- You value time and predictability over square metres
Choose space when
- You work from home most days
- You have a family or need a second room
- You drive, or your daily trips are off the main lines
A simple test
Map your real week: work, gym, friends, weekends. If most of it sits on a train line, proximity usually wins. If you are home a lot, space pays you back every day. We help you weigh it against the buildings actually available in your budget.
